Please read the support rules, before creating a ticket:

  1. Do not create tickets if you need technical help regarding any plugin. As mentioned in the FAQ, we do not offer technical support. Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at a discounted price. Though we do offer support related to the installation of the product.
  2. Do not create tickets to request any product, you can request the product here. As you have not purchased any product which is not listed in our store, the fulfillment of any request depends solely on the admin.
  3. You can use Lightshot in order to send us screenshots. As we don’t allow any direct uploads to our website for security reasons.
  4. Do not ask for updates here. Updates can ask from the respective product pages.
